When you partner with Running Redeemed Coaching, you have the flexibility to pick the level of coaching that fits your season of life. Whether you want a plan that you can set and forget, or you desire an interactive experience and strong partnership with your coach, there is an option for every athlete at every level.
All training plans are fully customized programs designed specifically for you and are based on your schedule, goals, and where you are in your running journey.

Once you have completed the New Athlete Profile Form, you will be contacted directly via email to schedule an introductory phone call. At that time, we will discuss your short and long-term goals, the length of time you desire to partner with a coach, what you are hoping to achieve during that time, and confirm your training plan selection.
Running Redeemed Coaching accepts payments via Venmo and PayPal.
